19. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an order is refused at delivery or not collected from a designated pickup location, it will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, a $25 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and processing costs.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our website.
Continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
